Marketing and client acquisition are handled by the salon
All tools, products, gels & polishes provided
100% of tips go directly to the service provider (immediate access)

Who we’re looking for
For Hair Designers: You are passionate about your craft and are looking to grow professionally, whether you are experienced or early in your career.
For Manicure/Pedicure Specialists: You have a strong interest in modern manicure and pedicure techniques (including Russian manicure) and are committed to improving your skills and delivering high-quality results.
In general, you:
Take pride in your work and care about quality and consistency
Are detail-oriented and approach your work responsibly
Communicate respectfully with clients and team members
Are reliable, professional, and self-motivated
Are open to learning, feedback, and professional growth

Experience
