Welcome to Verni Beauty Salon! We are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all our clients. To maintain the highest quality of service and protect the interests of both our clients and our salon, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policies.
Appointment and Cancellation Policy:
We request that clients arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.
A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a late arrival fee may apply.
Keratin Treatment Policy:
Keratin treatments are specialized services that require prior consultation.
Clients must disclose any previous chemical treatments or damage to their hair during the consultation.
Aftercare products recommended by our salon are essential to maintain the longevity of the keratin treatment. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect the results and is not the salon's responsibility.
We cannot guarantee keratin treatment results if the client fails to use recommended products or exposes hair to salt water, chlorine, or harsh chemicals.
Hair Services Policy:
All hair services, including cuts, coloring, and styling, require prior consultation to ensure the best results.
Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or past reactions to hair products.
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all hair services. Late cancellations may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Adjustments to haircuts or color must be requested within 5 days of the original appointment. Corrections will be made free of charge, but refunds are not provided.
Results may vary depending on hair condition, previous treatments, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
Esthetician Services Policy:
All facial and skincare services require a brief consultation prior to treatment.
Clients must disclose any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medications that may affect the service.
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all esthetician services. Late cancellations may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
We do not offer refunds for skincare services but can provide adjustments or follow-up treatments if notified within 48 hours.
Results of skincare treatments may vary based on skin type and adherence to post-treatment care.
Nail Services Policy:
Clients are encouraged to book nail appointments in advance to secure availability.
We do not provide refunds for nail services but we are happy to make corrections if notified within 24 hours.
Nail art and special designs require prior booking and consultation.
Please notify us of any nail damage or issues immediately following the appointment for complimentary fixes within 3 days.
We cannot guarantee the longevity of nail services if proper aftercare is not followed.
Refund and Satisfaction Policy:
Client satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.
We are happy to offer a correction free of charge within this period. Refunds are not provided but we will ensure you leave happy with your results.
Services such as keratin treatments are non-refundable due to the nature of the product and process.
Product Return Policy:
Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
General Salon Etiquette:
We kindly ask clients to silence their phones during their visit to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
